Hotel in the upper Aude valley

Professional and warm welcome, pleasant, clean, and air-conditioned room on the 3rd floor with an elevator. Well-located hotel in the city center, free parking in front of the establishment.

Lack of cleanliness

Fairly nice welcome, very good food, but the cleanliness really leaves something to be desired and the furniture is damaged!

Super friendly receptionist Anne-Marie

The hotel is outdated, but apparently 2nd and 3rd floors have already undergone a renovation. We were on the 1st. But all praise to the Flemish receptionist Annemie (for the Belgians), Anne-Marie. Super welcoming and helpful. Merci Annemie! Dinner was very tasty in the restaurant

Highly recommended. Restaurant review. 3 people. Very good restaurant in Quillan

Went last night as a party of 3. Never been before. Although I live in Quillan we always shied away thinking it looked too much like a basic hotel chain restaurant. How wrong I was. Really lovely inside. A proper hotel bar and a separate large dining room. The dining room is stylishly and quirkily decorated, very comfortable, fully air conditioned. I liked the atmosphere and it was an easy night out with comprehensive menu of higher quality dishes but not at all too expensive. Portions were fine and I had a proper home cooked cassoulet, served to my plate at the table, which was as good as any other I have had and better than most. Starters also very good and generous. Plenty of bread and water served without asking, and fast service.
Attentive staff, and great attention to detail. Cutlery, glasses, cloth napkins, waitress etiquette, very polite staff. Really excellent experience. We were very settled from the beginning. Very kind staff offered to talk to us in English or French with English and French menus.
Food was great. we all had three courses.
They also make their own condiments and pasta and this is also for sale in the restaurant.
Fantastic experience on my doorstep. Unforgettable. Definitely going back. Highly recommended.

Week-end long

Quiet family hotel, very good hearty breakfast and rich in quality local products. Reasonable prices and Welcoming brings. We'll be right back. Great location and close to all amenities. The family room is well located and quite spacious.
