Friendly hotel

If you are looking for a no frills hotel close to the centre then this ticks the box. Next door to the train station and close to restaurants and shops. Friendly staff and the hotel/room was clean. Housekeeping could have come around more often but that didn't affect my stay.

Great Hotel - poor signage on rpad.

Excellent Value in Reims, room very high standard, modern clean and a good size.
Has most things you need.
Friendly staff at check in.
The Breakfast is Excellent, massive range of great food and drinks.
Only thing is Hotel Signage, please improve it as this place is near impossible to locate from the road with a rear entrance.

I stayed in this hotel when it was a different chain about 12 years ago as it's in a perfect location next to the main station and walkable to the centre and 2 mins from tram stops. Under new management, the hotel is superb: good value for money, bright, fresh and clean with an excellent breakfast. The rooms are newly refurbished with everything you need including the much needed air conditioning in the recent heat. The staff are friendly and very accommodating.

Great staff, great location! Close to train (to Epernay) and to down town centre.
Nice lobbybar. Rooms must get new carpets, but its a great budget hotel. More left for Champagne!

Horrible city for traffic. Finding the hotel and getting parked was a nightmare. Had to drive circuitous route back around 3 times to find the entrance. Saw. None of Reims due to crowds. No food near motel. Wish we’d skipped the city.
