Great ibis budget hotel
Great ibis budget hotel.
Service and room consistent with ibis budget
Very good value for money , well located, welcoming and friendly staff. The sink in the room is just weird, but the concept is original. Kudos to the staff nonetheless

Friendly Welcoming and benevolence of the management who agreed to have a booking cancelled with Booking. There was an error when entering the date!

Clean hotel
Very good bedding whose presentation is detailed in writing in the room.
The place is clean.
Breakfast is good.
The parking lot has room.
On foot, we are 600 or 700 meters from the city center.
A 6-digit code is required to open or lock the bedroom door. Wouldn't four figures be enough?
Hot water works well: you don't need to run the tap much to get it.
Here it was, a few years ago, an Etap hotel.
Satisfied especially because of the cleanliness of the place and the quality of the breakfast, the essentials of a hotel. The general comfort of the hotel is also appreciable.

not recommended for Motorcyclists
Good Hotel and good service.
Unfortunately when we returned one evening we found our motorcycle overturned even on the ground with damage (broken handle, broken flashing, damaged fairing as well as paint) , it was nevertheless on the parking lot of the hotel but out of the field of the surveillance camera, we went to complain to the police and we shortened our stay because more confident and disgusted with the gesture hence our rating of mediocre Price quality ratio.

Je comprends parfaitement votre désarroi et vos inquiétudes à la suite de l'incident concernant votre moto. Nous avons examiné attentivement les enregistrements de nos caméras pendant plusieurs heures afin de déterminer ce qui s’était passé.
Il s’avère qu’un client s’est garé à côté de votre moto au moment de l’incident. À son retour, il a constaté votre véhicule au sol et, par respect et honnêteté, a spontanément partagé ses coordonnées. Âgé et inquiet d’avoir pu être impliqué, il était prêt à en assumer la responsabilité, bien qu’il n’en soit pas certain. Vous avez toutefois décidé de ne pas engager de poursuites.
Malheureusement, votre moto était située en dehors du champ de vision de nos deux caméras, car elle se trouvait au milieu du parking, près de la fenêtre. Contrairement aux deux emplacements réservés aux motos, couverts par une caméra, ce positionnement rendait l’incident non visible. Notre parking est vaste, et nous ne disposons pas de vidéosurveillance à chaque place — cependant, aucun problème n’a jamais été signalé aux emplacements habituels, y compris par d’autres motards.
En ce qui concerne votre souhait de remboursement suite à votre départ anticipé de l’hôtel : votre réservation initiale a été automatiquement annulée en raison d’un défaut de garantie bancaire. À votre arrivée, nous avons malgré tout enregistré une nouvelle réservation au tarif très avantageux de 52 € par nuit, au lieu des 75 € habituellement pratiqués — soit une remise de 23 € par nuitée. Dans ce contexte, nous ne sommes malheureusement pas en mesure d’offrir un remboursement pour la nuit non utilisée.
