The stairs where narrow and a bit smelly but the apartment was wonderful and perfect for a few nights. Very central location. Good value for money.

We stayed in one of the apartments. Getting in and out of the apartment was not easy as the hallway was extremely narrow. Also, the hallway and stairwell smelled terrible like sewage. The apartment itself was nice. When we stayed it was very warm outside which was extremely hot inside especially upstairs as it’s by the roof. The hotel.com website does not state that there’s no air conditioning in the unit. Although it does not specifically state there is AC, we just assumed it had it. When we mentioned to the staff the unit is very hot they did not apologize or seemed to care at all and only stated “it says on the website there’s no AC”. Hotels.com should really update their website to include this very important information.

Great little apartment overlooking a square. Fully equipped and comfortable. Walking distance to pretty much everything. Really enjoyed our stay.
The only thing missing was a tea towel for drying. And the TV was a little difficult to work out as it has 2 remote controls with 2 separate ones for the bedroom TV. Both remotes need to be on for the TVs to work.
Can get a little hot but not too bad. No issues whatsoever with noise, even though we stayed at the weekend. It was quiet and really lovely. Would definitely recommend.

It was a lovely stay in this lovely and vintage looking hotel. We didn't try the breakfast.
But the room was a bit small, and a bit old. The personnel were so serving and also the hotel was close to many cute coffee shops and places.

I truly enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff was professional and welcoming. The room was comfortable and quiet. The bathroom was pristine. The location is ideal with excellent restaurants and shops close by. I will return when I come to Rennes again.
