Very comfortable

Very good hotel, we spent a night and visited the city. The location is ideal, everything is easily accessible.
The self-check-in is very convenient and the bed was comfortable, perfect for resting well after a day of sightseeing. The communication was simple and clear.
We had a pleasant stay.

This may be the nicest two star hotel I have ever seen. First of all spotless, elevator that worked, very comfortable room, particularly considering the price. Bathroom, modern and convenient. I gave it full stars because you can’t apply the standard of the plaza to a two star hotel you apply the two star standard. This is simply an excellent bargain

a three star hotel without physical reception

We had a large room, good bedding, everything is new and modern. It's very quiet and close to the center of Rodez. 1 person is there in the morning for breakfast served at the table which is a "rab" if you ask. reservation made a few hours anant by internet, entry code given by SMS and payment the next day to the present manager

Casual welcome

Poor service, no welcome when we arrived. Does not keep its promises, I do not recommend this hotel with a service marked by great casualness and a lack of professionalism and customer respect. We were very disappointed!

Pros: a very basic room, comfortable and clean. Quite. Close to many dining options and shopping. Good breakfast. Easy check out. Friendly staff
Cons: no onsite parking- some on street parking and parking garage nearby (decent price). really wasn't too bad
-there was no one at the desk for check-in, it seemed odd. we had received an e-mail with the door code to get in the building and our key was in the room. It worked out fine, but just seemed weird
