Cheap and cheerful

If you want a clean but rather dated and in need of a refurb room, then look no further, served the purpose admirably for a lads participation in the Paris - Roubaix cycling sportive.

Price should come into consideration here. The hotel itself was not something I would go back to. But, plus points are:
It is in the center of the town. Private parking at only 3.00 Euro is a steal, as you need it.

No excuse for dirty rooms

Third time I have stayed there, but I won't be back.
It has always been budget, but there is no excuse for (really) dirty rooms - floor was sticky, bed sheets and duvet cover either not washed , or need a much better wash than they had been given.
Good things - free off street parking and great location for the centre of town

I didn't like the managers very rude i experienced the worst i would never recommend this hotel heating not working no drinking glass in room even i ask reception the answer was negative. Don't if hoteljust dormitory

The photographs and description do not represent reality - don't stay here!

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights in order to watch the Rugby World Cup. We know it was a basic hotel, but nothing could prepare us for what we found. The hotel sign was covered with a black bin liner, that should have been a clue, and we did wonder if they had been told to close but had continued to operate. The whole place was shabby including the piblic rooms. Both rooms we booked bore absolutely no resemblance to those portrayed on booking.com. Both rooms smelled of smoke, one very badly. The rooms were unclean. The wiring was dodgy and unsafe. We could not stay, we asked for a refund and left. The young man on the reception said it would need approval. I have requested a refund, as have booking.com. The Hotel RBX - Roubaix Centre refused, they have advised booking.com that they will not refund.
My strongest recommendation is not to book this hotel under any circumstances. I didn't get a refund.
