I really liked this hotel. I wish I had booked it for an extra day or two. The town was beautiful. I wish I had more time to explore it. I would come back and recommend it to friends and family.

Beautiful hotel in historic setting

Beautiful new hotel in historic setting. Quiet area. It took a while to find the check-in desk. Spacious parking garage under the hotel.

Good, small issues

Couldn't fault it. Decent modern hotel, nice breakfast. The only issue for me is the bleached-haired chap at the bar/restaurant is awful, terrible attitude, spends half his time chatting to some young female colleague who looks like Pete Burns - bad for the brand. Only one person on reception when five groups were waiting.

Great spacious hotel a little walk into central Rouen

We stayed for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We appreciated the underground secure parking and the electric charging.
Our room was located on the ground floor overlooking one of the spacious courtyards. The room was very quiet and we slept well. Our room had nice amenities including robes and slippers, ironing board/iron and a safe. It would have been lovely to have more storage in the room as the wardrobe was open concept (which I feel just looks a mess).
The gym was very compact with little room to do floor weights but had good cardio equipment and lots of free weights. I always got a spot and some days it was empty.
We didn’t use the spa or the indoor pool but it looked lovely.
The bar has a wonderful terrace overlooking the rooftops of Rouen. Really nice for a sunset drink. Prices as expected for a hotel.
Location, a 20 minute downhill walk into Rouen and a steep climb back up. We got uber/bolts in the evening. The centre of Rouen is very pretty. It’s also a great base for exploring Giverny and Monet’s house and garden.
We would stay more central if we visited Rouen again. This hotel is a great option if you want spacious rooms and secure electric charging.
