Alright

Warm welcome, came by motorbike and we were given a free garage to keep our motorbikes safe.
Buffet breakfast. The evening meal is very good.
The rooms are clean and the bedding is very good.

Brief and disappointing visit fast and very bad meal

The restaurant a bad horror but really very bad I advise against bad Service besides. Not nice waitresses, it's just that she wouldn't yell at us when we asked a question.

Wine list

No more rosé du Jura or Gascogne rosé de Provence 32€ in bottle we bring this wine in pitchers 50 + 25 cl because saying no label on the bottle? very dissatisfied the waitress could have warned to order It was maybe wine from a cubi? we would have liked to see the bottle even without label

We paid the price of a pitcher the waitress told us several times to speak less loud!!!

Restaurant to flee

Meals on a weeknight with the family for my daughter's 40th birthday... horror: everything was bad. No presentation on the plate, overcooked meat and fish, soft "sautéed" potatoes, buttered shellfish to accompany a so-called chicken supreme, oversalted rice, and an hour-long wait for that. A shame!!! And not even a word of apology from the boss when I told him my displeasure by paying the bill (I am not a thief, but I should have refused to pay these "dishes", just the wine that was very good ...). Place to avoid

Large and clean room, excellent breakfast, decent meal.

We stayed there for 5 days of cycling holidays, half board. Our comments:
1) spacious room, including enough shelves to put our sportswear on. The bathroom is good. No fridge, no kettle. Elevator (we had room on the 5th floor).
2) point of attention: no room air conditioning (there is a classic fan). Given the geographical position of St Claude - in a bowl - scorching nights could pose problems, especially since it is hardly possible to sleep window open in a room on the street side (which is an important regional communication route). Fortunately, during our stay, the weather was mild at this point.
3) Perfect breakfast, even exceeds our needs
4) correct evening meal, but no choice. Enjoy the dish of the day!
5) secure garages (across the street) to drop off bikes. Public parking in front (50 m), free.
