Small haven of peace in Saint Tropez
Breakfast of very high quality and with choice, it is not complicated: there is everything!
Away from the vile but bike-friendly centre provided by the hotel

Serene and perfect!
We spent 3 nights and sure wish we had longer! They gave us a room upgrade- the room was gorgeous! Large clean and even had an upstairs extra bathroom with soaking tub! The bed is giant and so comfy! AC worked great. Bathroom was spacious and modern with nice toiletries. The parking is secure and free. The shuttle service is so convenient and prompt!
The breakfast isn't giant but enough. They don't have a restaurant (we knew that) but that was fine for us as we wanted to go into town for dinner and nightlife anyways and the shuttle makes that sooo easy to do! They did have a light lunch menu served by the pool and that was a nice surprise and it was tasty! They opened and kept chilled a bottle of wine that we got from a local winery which was nice as we didn't have to buy wine we could drink our own while lounging by the pool!
The staff helped us make reservations for dinners and were so receptive to any questions or requests. The gardens were expansive and they had bicycles to take out which we did one afternoon. We biked to Salins Beach just down the quiet street (also walking distance). Be sure to walk around the corner to get to the larger beach!
Our stay was exactly what I was hoping for for our last leg in the French Riviera. I wanted to feel like I was in luxurious Saint Tropez and La Bastide delivered! We would love to return!
