One of the best small size hotel I have stayed at. A beautifully designed villa that is a Riviera dream in every aspect and feels very personal with only 10 rooms. I will definitely come back.

We really enjoyed staying at Hotel Pastis!! Noelle was very welcoming and made sure all our needs were met. The property is very nicely designed and maintained. The room was spacious and romantic with a terrace toward the pool and one toward the harbor. Beautiful!

Hello, after coming four nights with my wife, we had an Extraordinary Welcoming. We felt right at home....
Breakfast , Bar , Snacking , Pool Service , Cleanliness and Extra Staff....
Thanks to the director , looking forward to returning for the sails of Saint Tropez....

WORST Hotel in Sant Tropez, AVOID IN ALL COST!

I have traveled extensively and stayed at many hotels around the world, but my experience at Pastis Hotel Saint-Tropez was by far the worst. What should have been a relaxing and enjoyable stay in beautiful Saint-Tropez turned into a very unpleasant ordeal.
The staff were shockingly rude and unprofessional. From the moment I arrived, I was met not with hospitality but with hostility. Simple requests were treated as inconveniences, and every interaction felt tense and unwelcoming. Instead of creating a warm atmosphere, the team seemed angry, impatient, and uninterested in providing any level of service.
Even worse, the director himself was extremely unpleasant, setting the tone for the entire hotel. His arrogance and bad attitude made it clear that guest satisfaction is not a priority here. Instead of resolving issues, he contributed to them.
For a place that charges luxury rates, this level of treatment is completely unacceptable. There are many wonderful hotels in Saint-Tropez where guests are valued and respected, Pastis Hotel is definitely not one of them. Actually is WORST HOTEL WITH ANGRY director and stuff... YOU SCARED TO ASK FOR EXTRA COFFEE.
I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. Save your time, money, and peace of mind, and choose another property where you will actually feel welcome.

A beautiful Tropezienne address!
We thank all the staff , as well as Sébastien (director) for making our stay unforgettable, with your availability, kindness and friendliness.
The rooms are very nice and remarkably clean!
