Wow - amazing, needs more than 5 stars! Staying in a proper castle is always an experience, but this was the best of all that I have stayed in. Lovely room (we were upgraded), so much character, amazing service, we even got a tour of the castle.
Dinner and breakfast were very good, the staff attentive and very helpful.
Note - this property would not be suitable for people with mobility issues

This Chateau was amazing, we were lucky to be the only guests that night, so we could go anywhere we wanted. Our dinner and breakfast was fabulous and there is nothing negative to say. The host went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. 10/10

Regal and grand – but a few issues.

The property is sophisticated and grand and is located in a very serene rural setting. It also includes convenient parking outside the main gate. There were some very steep and narrow stairs to our suite on the second floor but thankfully the staff carried our luggage for us. Our suite was very spacious and quiet. However, on the second day we noticed that a substantial amount of sediment from the old ceiling had fallen down onto our bed. The very friendly and helpful receptionist explained that it was due to the dry and windy conditions and immediately offered to move us to a new and upgraded suite – which we did - and which we really appreciated. The breakfast was satisfactory, but we felt very stifled at being seated at a very small and packed table.

Not too gorgeous, not too lazy...

Rent a car had a high cost accommodation experience on the road to Avignon. There was no appearance, but there was a museum exhibition inside the room. As a monastery, it was impossible that the story was scarce and the food had no special features.

Stay well below what we expected from this hotel category

The place is nice, the staff is friendly but in very insufficient number. Access by car to drop off your luggage is very difficult.
Welcoming staff do all the tasks (Welcoming, Luggage Storage, Breakfast Service, etc... which demonstrates the lack of staff.
Upon arrival we were supposedly upgraded to a room under the attic with fenestron 3 m high, no wifi and TV not working.
So we went to the room we had booked: small, not aired for a while, no air conditioning, the shower smelled bad because it had not received water in the bungalow for a long time....
Breakfast is plentiful but it takes 25 minutes to be served.
When we left the invoice was wrong, the discount for participation in the God Chair festival had not been made!!!
This property does not correspond at all to a 5-star hotel with high room rates for the services provided.
We hope that this 5 star award will be removed from them soon.
