A haven of peace in the Massif des Maures

A beautiful property surrounded by nature in the middle of cork oaks. The calm, tranquility, beauty of the place, everything we love away from the mass tourism of the coast. Elisabeth and Bernard are adorable , caring, good advice. We really enjoyed sharing our discussions and thank them for making us discover the Chartreuse de la Verne, a real jewel in the middle of the Massif des Maures. The pool is very nice. The breakfast is very good, perhaps we should add dairy and fresh fruit. The rooms are cozy and warm. We can't wait to get back.

Haven of peace

A real haven of peace ! Welcoming at Bastidon Saint Michel is simply fabulous. Hosts of great kindness, attentive, discreet but always present to make the stay perfect.
The place is very quiet, spotlessly clean, and you can feel in every detail how everything is thought with care and love. It immediately feels like home, with the luxury of a relaxing setting and impeccable Service.
A huge thank you for this sweet break. I'll be back soon!

Magnificent discovery, beautiful magical place, owner worthy of their pretty house, lovely people, it was just perfect, didn't change anything, great souvenir for my husband's birthday (you will definitely see us again) thank you again.

Holy Maxim? In the middle of August? A haven of peace? It does exist: beautiful, exquisite, benevolent, filled with energies ++ and in a natural setting without any errors or lack of taste. Elisabeth and Bernard performed a miracle in the middle of the French Riviera 2.0, and this is not digital. Just kindness, true, beautiful, nature, scents, silence, and rich exchanges. If authenticity appeals to you, this is where it happens. A very big Bravo to our guests, Thank you!

Pleasant family stay

We spent 4 days as a family in this guesthouse where tranquility reigns supreme in this magnificent and vast property.
Our hosts were very kind and always available for us.
The simple but so good breakfast (croissant and baguettes accompanied by good jams). This is the time when we can discuss a large number of subjects with the owners, a very pleasant moment spent at each breakfast in their company.
The rooms are beautiful and tastefully furnished. We had the Myrthe room which offered us a starry night through the Velux (with shutters) just above the bed like in a fairy tale. In this bedroom the bed is centered in the middle, four-poster style, accompanied by a beautiful dressing room and a beautiful, very well decorated small bathroom. The room that the girls occupied is Eden and very spacious with a 160 cm bed and a very nice bathroom. Each room is decorated with great taste. Some of us will recognize a mix of style in the decoration of the rooms between the chic Shany and the Provençal of the region.
The pool is very pretty but the water was too cold when we went there.
In short, a place that I highly recommend if you are looking for a haven of peace located back near the Plan de la Tour and a few kilometers from the bustling coastal town where the traffic in summer does not stop with the going and comes from cars between Saint-Tropez and Saint-Raphael.

Un grand Merci pour votre très gentil et très chaleureux commentaire qui nous va droit au cœur ! Nous sommes particulièrement heureux que vous ayez apprécié la quiétude de nos collines.
Ce fut vraiment un grand plaisir pour nous de vous recevoir en famille et d’échanger sur de nombreux sujets dans la bonne humeur : trois générations autour d’une table sont toujours une source d’enrichissement.
Nous sommes également ravis qu’une météo clémente vous ait permis d’effectuer les excursions que vous souhaitiez faire dans notre belle région.
Nous vous souhaitons de rester tous en très bonne santé afin de bien profiter de vos séjours en Ardèche. Bonne continuation à tous et une caresse au chien.
