highly recommend this hotel. Their customer service is second to none. The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. There is a private but limited parking free of charge and a rich breakfast with a superb view

We arrive and we are told that the children must pay for breakfast although it is stipulated in our reservation that it was breakfast included for everyone. The room is fine even if the beds are very small. The bathroom sink was clogged. Breakfast was not very good.
The hotel was very quiet though. And the magnificent view.

Great Value for money in a great location.

Great Value for money in a great location. Easy drive the next day to the Mont Blanc Tunnel. Plenty of near by choices for food. No tea or coffee facilities in the room, but we take a little travel iron, travel kettle and a brew kit when staying in these hotels. Facilities are basic, but rooms are spacious and clean with big showers. Great value for money.

Supergreat location for summer activities

We enjoyed doing Tour de France passes. Ibis Budget in Sallanches is a perfect base for that - and we had a fantastic view of Mont Blanc right out of the window.

I do not recommend

While we drove 10 hours, we were very unwelcome. Telling us that we were lucky enough that the reservation was maintained because we changed our credit card and forgot to report it to ibis. They tried to call us during our trip but driving, our phone didn't report anything.
In addition to that the sink was clogged with stained sheets and towels and cobwebs under the bed and we only had one outlet to charge our two phones.
