Small but comfortable
Room and bathroom clean.
Owner very kind and nice.
To consider for future weekends in this beautiful area of France.
The reception is located in the nearby restaurant where you eat very well.

How internet images deceive ... as a cyclist's pension okay
Why? Because the room for 2 is very small (although we had already booked the largest), because the way up two floors in very narrow steep stairs with luggage is exhausting, because the bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) has a small window, but you can not open that ...;-) Breakfast is two houses further by stairs from restaurant to the basement there - but then with a small front garden where you can also sit. For € 9.50 the selection is probably okay these days.
But positive: you are in the town with a few steps! The "hotel" is more like a boarding house in an old house; and okay as a cyclist's board for 1 to 2 nights.
By the way: There is no reception in the hotel; you have to cross the street to the 2nd or 3rd floor. House in the restaurant (if someone is there)

No A/C, poor value
The room had no A/C or fans, even though the temperature gets well into the 30's °C in summer. Keeping the windows open is not an option because of the bugs, as there are no screens.
Very small room with little walking space around the bed. Retractable desk area, no chairs, only a couple of stools.
Sufficient number of power outlets. Comfortable bed, however the bedding consisted only of a bottom sheet and a duvet/comforter, which was obviously too warm; no top sheet. Uncomfortable clumpy pillows.
Bathroom with small shower cabin without any shelf space. Hot water with good water pressure. No toiletries provided other than hand soap near the sink. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty.
No electric kettle, mini-fridge or safe.
Good wifi.
Breakfast in a separate building: mediocre buffet with limited selection, watery coffee was undrinkable.
Overall grossly overpriced for the value provided.

Good for a stopover
The breakfast is good and plentiful and the associated restaurant of the hotel does some quality food .

Ask for a room with a view, or you look at a roof and a family cooking dinner.
Affiliated restaurant has a splendid view- lots of yellow jackets (hornets) and mosquitos, but we were not bitten.
