Lack of professionalism

Room very good, quiet hotel, restaurant with good value for money: everything was perfect... except the Welcoming. The receptionist was icy and unpleasant from start to finish. When I didn’t understand the two breakfast formulas: “Well I just told you.” Leaving through the bar: “The door in front of you was accessible, why are you passing by?” And at breakfast, at 10:15: “What did I say yesterday?! It’s until 10am!”
Such behaviour is unworthy and mediocre. A client expects a modicum of respect, not reproach in every sentence.
A reminder of politeness and common sense: they say “I will gladly explain to you again”, “let me show you the right way out”, or “are you done? Can I rid myself?” And since I was sitting at the end... at the bar, he might even have concluded with: “Breakfast time is over, but maybe you want an extra coffee?” There, he would have shown both friendliness and businessmanship.

Very interesting price and very welcoming staff and fast food services and very good

A superb hotel in Saumur facing the train station in a quiet location we were very well received a young and very dinàmic and polite staff I recommend this adorable place
