Almost perfect

Very spacious apartment, perfect comfort! Just a few small things to know: The reception hours are aligned with the operation of the senior residence, so it is closed during mealtime and after 7 PM. Since some amenities like the hairdryer must be picked up at the reception, you need to think about it in advance (the same goes for toilet paper if you are staying several days...).
Moreover, the staff never found the toaster, which was mentioned on the website.
One last downside, a rather strong smell of disinfectant...
Without these small annoying details, this establishment would be perfect, especially for its tranquility and ideal location.

Very good accommodation solutions.

Clean and comfortable apartment hotel, very well located near the city center and historical area of Saumur. Close to the Loire.
Featuring underground parking.
Very quiet site, occupied year-round by elderly people.
Numerous restaurants nearby.
Saumur Castle is a 20-minute walk away.
Distillery Combier is very close (reserve in advance for the visit).

Great place to stay

A excellent stay in a modern spotlessly clean apartment. Very quiet area but in the centre of town. Secure parking available for . A great idea to integrate the residences with the guests.
May not suit everyone.

Great value for the quality of room you get at this property. We run into two issues at the hotel but the manager (I believe his name was Yves) handled them very well and left us feeling grateful. He is a class act - thank you!
