Disappointing for a Vosges salad

I order a Vosges salad 16th anyway! I get a salad bathed in a sauce, onions (I hate it), tomatoes, carrots (nothing to do in a Vosges salad) , 4 bread croutons that wander industrial in addition! Disappointing!!!

Si vous détestez les oignons, il suffit de le dire ,
Je vous en refais une .
Il y a aussi des lardons et des pommes de terre sautées dans la vosgienne . ;)

Very nice stay

We have had a great stay.
The owners pay a lot of personal attention to comfort, quality (such as good meals) but also to need.
We were allowed to store our motorcycles in the garage.
Both dinner and breakfast are fine and the bar offers plenty of alternative to various wishes.
Rooms are simple and relatively small but everything works, is clean and comfortable.

Fine motorcycle friendly motel

Nice motel for the motorcyclist (separate storage available) in a nice area. Friendly and helpful staff.
The food there is fine at a friendly price. The rooms have shutters so it stays nice and dark in the morning. Highly recommended!

I recommend

I have spent around a hundred nights since 2023 (on mission in the Stenay sector) and it is always with great pleasure that I stay there. Chef Régis is a true maestro in his kitchen and every day concocts quality cuisine both in terms of flavors and for the eyes. Nathalie, her "Boss", helped by Magalie and Chantale, organizes the service efficiently and friendly: atmosphere guaranteed!
Concerning the room (I got into the habit of staying in the same room: superior room), very comfortable bedding and impeccable cleanliness!
