Beautiful structure.... organization a little less...
A 10 minute drive from downtown great location to be out of the hustle and bustle.
Very nice and impressive structure starting from the reception, the bistro, the restaurant room to the lounge bar on the ninth floor (beautiful).
Courteous staff even if we had some coordination problems with the makeover of the room (we Viggiano with two small dogs).
Excellent restaurant with really nice and helpful staff and beautiful location that goes up with a panoramic staircase to the top floor where you can pamper yourself with a cocktail at the super panoramic lounge bar!
The only really negative note the breakfast: local must have breakfast too small but especially buffet without any protection, without any indication of what was present nor allergens.
It is not possible such a new and well-structured four-star a fall in style of this kind!

Everything about the presentation of the room and hotel was perfect and the price fair however, there was a persistent high level peeping the entire night which did keep me awake/ wake me up during the night - I suspect this was linked to a large electrical box on the inside of the curtain pelmet area - quite annoying otherwise clean spacious room where everything worked.

Disappointing service and cleaning
⭐ Very disappointing for a 4-star hotel
We found a huge spider web (around 30 cm) in our room. As my girlfriend has a severe fear of spiders, we asked for another room but were simply told the hotel was fully booked and nothing could be done.
Instead of apologising, the receptionist repeatedly asked whether we had left the window open and even questioned whether the web had only just appeared – despite its obvious size.
After we insisted, she eventually came to remove it, but seemed visibly annoyed and only vacuumed the neglected areas around the curtains after my girlfriend specifically asked her to.
A large spider web like this clearly raises questions about the standard of housekeeping. Combined with the dismissive attitude at reception, this was absolutely not the level of cleanliness or service we would expect from a 4-star hotel.

Beautiful comfortable hotel
Short stay of two nights, spacious and comfortable room, location close to public transport. The historic center is about ten minutes away by tram.

Great value for money. Everything is clean and new. The bed is very comfortable. Easy access to the city's attractions.
