Great value in a stunning city!

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Strasbourg. The location is roughly a 25-30 minute walk from the main sights, but it's a beautiful walk with plentiful shade to keep us cool in the August heat. My only complaint was the service was kind of cold but adequate. Our roomed smelled a bit musty but the AC worked great and it was spacious. It was great value for the money and I would stay here again!

Worst experience at a Hilton

Not worthy of a Hilton establishment, we have stayed at many Hiltons and this one is the worst of them all

Good Quality Service and Experience

We were concerned based on the reviews we had read.......yes, the hotel is a little dated and needs a refresh. However we had a positive experience - we had a large room on the top floor. That may have been an upgrade based on Diamond status (we had our two boys, 8 and 10, with us). The quality of the Executive Lounge was comparable with others we used on the same trip (Vienna, Munich for example) and the food offerings were replenished - we had pizza and a no name dish that appeared to be pasta with some kind of meat (name tabs would be helpful). The beer was limited (a no name tap) but the choice of wines from Alsace were good. Breakfast was reasonable (we tried both the main offering and the lounge) - a good selection but more fresh fruits and yogurts would improve. My wife was impressed that she was able to get a poached egg - the only hotel on our trip that was able to provide. We did not do dinner at the hotel - we walked to a restaurant 5 minutes away. The location is a little removed from the centre of town but it was fine for us. Plus there was no charge for parking and the room rate was reasonable. We would definitely recommend - based on price, goods offered and the service from the staff (mainly check in and check out, but also with the breakfast staff). We did not spend time in Strasbourg but went south in the morning to Riquewihr, Eguisheim etc. Overall a good, positive experience.

The best reception manager and staff

A year ago we stayed for a week at this hotel. We remembered the excellent hospitality well, so we returned this year.
We were welcomed at the reception with a smile and light refreshments. Thanks to Lara, we were given an excellent room. Thank you Lara!
Mr. Atchiko, you manage the reception with a high hand with an excellent team. All the best to you and thank you for the upgrade.
The room is clean and shiny with a view towards the cathedral.
The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of hot and cold products. Special thanks to Gevorg for the treats he brought us
With such attitude and such a high-level hotel, we will definitely be back next year

Amazing Hotel. Clean and tidy. Attentive staff at the bar. Good amenities. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Was definitely an unexpected upgrade during our journey and cannot fault it at all.
