Great room with all of the amenities we needed, good light and space, and an ideal location for a short break in Strasbourg. The bathroom and towels were unfortunately a bit damp or mildewy, I think there is a need for more ventilation in the space and maybe some new towels.

This was a well-located, fair-priced, tourist hotel. The breakfast was good, and the women who managed the display was on top of things. The room was a bit small, but the bathroom was up to date and the a/c worked well. The proximity to the tram made it easy to port our luggage on our inner city trip. We did not need to hire any cars while here, which reduced the overall cost of our trip.

Great location. Tiny room. 1* hotel at 4* prices

Chose Le Kleber for its central location. Right on Place Kleber and at an intersection of the major tram lines. Indeed the location was fantastic. Staff was very nice and spoke English and French.
Problem is, since the hotel is right next to the tram lines, you can hear the trams rumble by all day and night. The room was very small with no room to put our suitcases, small tables, and only 6" from the bed to the wall. The room was oddly shaped as well, with the toilet at an odd angle making it difficult to use. For men, you had to hold the toilet seat up to go #1. Our room was painted a hideous bordello red. No late check out and you had to pay to store bags. My room looked nothing like the hotel photos which were probably professionally done.
Of the 6 places we stayed on this trip, Le Kleber was by far the worst. Talked to another couple after checkout and they had the same experience. 1* hotel at 4* prices. On top of being expensive, they wanted another $55 for breakfast. No thanks. Felt ripped off. Couldn't wait to get out of there. Would never stay here again.

Very well located - good value for money in a city with expensive accommodation. Breakfast good and very clean. Stairs may be an issue for some but there was a small lift available. Our room was a little small but it was the cheapest type available and no problem travelling light.

We checked in (2 rooms for 3 nights) , looked at our rooms and cancelled. Had to find another hotel. It was dirty, rugs filthy in halls, stairs unsafe, railing very loose and wobbly. General disrepair throughout . Was not able to get any of our 6 nights refunded. Large metal keys that you left at front desk when you went out. Not secure. Extremely disappointed with Le Kleber and Expedia.
