Beautiful hotel, spa was free to use. Indoor pool and steam sauna. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was just ok

Good but it may be great with a little effort

The hotel located in a quiet and fancy area, where several diplomatic sites are based, two km from downtown (Petit France).
The room was very big, comfortable a silent, we even had an upgrade for free.
Staff kind and professional.
Parking place is available at a cost of 40€/day but you can for free in the nearby area, which looks safe even at night time.
Spa and pool are small but just the right size for some relaxing time.
To be improved is the breakfast, no fresh food (only fruit salad), limited choices and hot beverages from a machine (!).
A hotel of this level should have hot beverages prepared by a bar person.
The missing 5th star is just because if this.

An exceptional stay in one of the cleanest hotels I have ever seen.

An exceptional stay in one of the cleanest hotels I have ever seen.
The room was beautifully decorated, every detail was neat.
Everything was spotless, it felt like home.
The staff was very kind, and the housekeeping team was doing a really great job.
The welcome was warm and the room facilities were just perfect.

The staff was very friendly and the room spacious. As hotel guest we had free access to the spa (sadly we were too early in the year for the outdoor pool to be open yet). The area feels very safe as there are many embassies around. The Orangerie Park is in perfect walking distance and great for a leisurely stroll. The hotel offers a great list of recommended restaurants in the area and there is quite a lot of street parking available all around the property, as well as a few charging stations for electronic vehicles in short walking distance.
