What a disappointment...

A lot of disappointment about the choice of this property (because very rated...!!??) to participate in a wedding nearby.
Taking advantage of this opportunity, we had even considered spending an extra night to discover this region, but in the end, 2 nights were enough to dissuade us.
Yet everything had started well, very good contact with the hotel manager, booking for several members of our family, phone call the day before our stay to manage a late arrival, access code and key available, everything was fine.
Unfortunately, from the very complicated introduction of the key into the lock for the opening of our room, we understood that this was not going to be a long quiet river...
Discovering what the hotel calls the “suite” (room 7, I leave you judge with some photos) and there, the shock, first the size of the room, so ridiculous that the double bed is glued to the wall, radiator that holds with serflex, XXS television hidden by curtains, poor quality cupboards, separation of the bathroom made with a curtain (thanks to the smells of toilet), toilet sanibroiler in the bathroom (not reported on the site or on the phone), door seal of the shower tray detached, mixer mounted upside down, roller shutter crank holding with serflex also, no toilet paper unwinder, capricious switches, mold on the wall, VMC very dirty, in short, we are entitled to wonder where the stars of this hotel come from...
A member of my family slept in room 10, much more spacious but with a smell of pipes forcing him to sleep window open.
Some positives despite everything, the kindness and availability of the employee (4 stars alone) taking care of the cleaning and breakfast, the bedding and cleanliness, croissants and breakfast bread that come from the bakery behind the hotel, avoid the orange juice of a rare acidity...
In the end, a very sad experience, absolutely avoid this "room" number 7

Stayed 1 night in THEIX-NOYALO

We had a great stay at this hotel conveniently located in the center of Theix-Noyalo. The welcome was very friendly and punctual, which made our arrival very pleasant. The rooms were clean and nice, with impeccable towels. Breakfast was complete and quality, with pastries, bread and delicious pancakes. We were a group of friends and we were all delighted with our stay. We highly recommend this hotel!
