Typical hotel in Thonon
A well-appointed pool, free parking, gardens, a nice little corner of calm very close to the city center.
We particularly appreciated this small hotel, the breakfast in the garden, the good bedding, and the restaurant dishes

Weekend in Thonon
Very warm welcome from the manager, who led us to our room in an annex next to the hotel. We didn't like the room where the TV was in front of a window that was sealed because of the heat, where there wasn't enough closet space to store our things (I had to put them in the piece of furniture that served as a kitchenette), where we had to be careful with the TV and fan power cords that were in front of the kitchenette... We spent 5 nights on a half-board basis; we would have preferred better. On the positive side, the breakfasts were varied and all-you-can-eat with fresh-squeezed orange juice. The pool was nice too. For evening meals, we ate at the Les Marronniers restaurant, which is next to the hotel, except on Sunday when it was closed, so we went near the lake. Traditional cuisine, with salad as an appetizer for 4 days, meat or fish; we would have liked to taste a Savoyard dish. However, the hotel is not located near the lake, especially the beaches.

Merci de votre retour sur ce site et de noter notre bon accueil, le bon petit déjeuner et la piscine sympa. Pour la demi pension, en période de canicule, le chef privilégie en effet les choses fraîches et les salades, les plats savoyards étant plus pour l'automne ou l'hiver à la préférence de nombreuses personnes. Sur simple demande nous nous serions adaprés... Les kitchenttes sont souvent très appréciées de nos clients et Le ventilateur et les fenêtres fermées (non condamnées...) le sont uniquement pendant les périodes de forte chaleur comme chacun peut le comprendre. .. Nous espérons vous revoir à une autre période et que vous gardez néanmoins un bon souvenir de notre établissement

Mixed stay!
Small 2-star hotel next to the train station and close to the city center. Stay of 3 days.
We were staying on the 2nd floor. Very small room, the very large bed takes up all the space. Comfortable bedding.
The bathroom is way too small with the toilet. The tub's sloping, if you're tall, it's not that bad. The bathroom door is an accordion door that no longer has a handle and therefore does not close. Not great when you want to go to the bathroom! No air conditioning either so with these big heats, it was very difficult to find sleep.
The breakfast waitress very nice.
Breakfast is very hearty and quality. Beautiful choice of cheeses, breads and pastries as well as superb jams.
But the boss doesn't exist, she stays in the house next door! When we left, she didn't even greet us at the keys handover.

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié le petit déjeuner et notre établissement et désolés de la chaleur, nous ne sommes en effet pas climatisés comme beaucoup d'habitations en Haute Savoie et avions mis un ventilateur à disposition. Lors de votre départ, nous avons été très surpris que la serveuse ne vous envoie pas à l'accueil car nous vous aurions salué avec plaisir, car elle a pour consigne d'y guider tous les clients , et d'autre part pour le règlement de votre séjour, que nous nous sommes permis de débiter à votre départ et de vous faire parvenir la facture par mail. Ce n'est absolument pas l'habitude de la maison et regrettons vivement cette situation qui est malentendu ..;

Small friendly family hotel in Thonon.
We stayed at home in the apartments.
Full breakfast, pool very well, friendly staff.
In the apartment a shower curtain was missing and the beds were too soft.
The advantage is that it was very large.
