Excellent stay at Les Balladines

I stayed 3 months in this residence. The welcome is exceptional, the team is friendly, smiling and mobilized to make your stay pleasant. The location is ideal close to the city center and Lake. No noise nuisance disturbed my nights. I occupied a studio with very practical kitchenette. The accommodation is comfortable and especially very clean like the whole residence which is very well maintained and tastefully decorated. I recommend without hesitation.

Residence on top!

I highly recommend this tourist residence. I stayed there 1 month and a half, I stayed in a studio on the 4th floor, more than correct! The place is clean, the staff is adorable, the manager in particular is very caring, always making sure to arrange you! Passing through or for a long time, this tourist residence is great! Ideally located in the heart of the city center, the residence is very nice, and the prices are very affordable and reasonable! Thanks again!

bad experience

this residence to flee old dirty mattresses, sheets with dog hair, bathroom an atrocious smell, the manager a person not to be trusted because she enters the customers' rooms when they are absent to go through their belongings
this residence which has never been renovated to flee

bad experience

I know this residence which does not correspond to the photos on the site, burnt mattress I asked Cristel the manager to change it it was a refusal, dirty carpets, sheets not changed.....
It’s really a disaster, plus I was with my children; no respect for customers since Cristel visits your room when you are away. it is a scandal

Ok and well located

The room was small but it was decent and clean. The bathroom was good. There was a tiny TV, we didnt really use it. The location is very good! Wifi was not ideal but once you do the code sms fuss, it works well and stays! Shower was really good, we didnt have breakfast.
