Like at home

Our stay at this hotel was a very pleasant time! A hotel with very friendly staff, possibility to use the dining room to eat so to reheat various cooked dishes! The bar is great we spend very good times with a local clientele and a boss at the top!

Bargain Ski in Ski out convenience.

Val claret area.
Stayed for 7 nights skiing.
Caroline and Paul were fantastic with pre check in info, help with passes, advice and reminiscence about Whistler!
Location is superb. Genuine ski in ski out literally steps from Tufs lift allowing easy access to both Tigne and Val D’Isère resorts.
Local area has large selection of decent restaurants and bars.
Our room was relatively small and basic but as expected as it was what we booked.
Ski locker and boot room provided.
Breakfast was appreciated and utilised daily.
Room cleaned daily with no dramas.
Highly recommended if you want a well priced, simple, ski in ski out experience.

Nice hotel, ideally located, with family atmosphere.
We stayed 4 days, the boss (Polo) is available and willing to accede to your requests (as much as possible of course).
This is a hotel that I have already visited several times, and that I keep warm in my address book!

Vintage skiing

Exceptional customer service which many 4/5 stars should draw inspiration from. Vintage atmosphere with wooden lockers, keys to place on a panel at reception, individual radiators from yesteryear and therefore easy to handle. Fairly simple food probably due to the end of the season.

Great hotel, location and staff !!

Great hotel, perfect location, fabulous staff. Stayed for 1week, Jan 2024. Party of 7, double and triple rooms. Ski in/ ski out, right at bottom of Tuffs lift. Lovely wee bar and snug. Lovely food, very short walk to ski hire and bars. Got great deal on ski pass through hotel also. Highly recommend, all you need for ski holiday. Will be back!
