Very centrally located hotel to explore Toulouse from. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Room immaculate. Breakfast range great. Very comfortable stay.

Excellent!

Great room and service. The room was very big, modern and clean. Really great insulation (no noise from the street) and the thick curtains that were block the light really well.
The best of all was the bedding, absolutely excellent! Also great staff and amazing location. I highly recommend!

Excellent location, walking distance to the whole centre and metro outside, very helpful staff, comfortable beds, good soundproofing from the main street outside, tea coffee in the room and good space to get ready and for luggage.
The toilet door doesnt have a lock and doesn't close so just sits slightly open, bad smell in the room that doesn't go away, the wallpaper is very visibly covered in dust. You have to leave your key at reception and the door is locked when no one is there so you have to wait around some times for someone to come, I found it annoying as I'm quite forgetful and had to go back and forth a few times so it was embarrassing asking again for my key
