Disappointed by the quality of services

Disappointed by the quality of the services. Indeed, the place is surely perfect for athletes because the entrance (the reception hall) is not very welcoming for a three-star hotel but is, in fact, home to a sports complex. In addition, the rooms are not very large, with poor bedding (2 beds so 2 mattresses to make a large bed, I'll let you imagine when you find yourself in the middle of the bed in the separation in the middle of the night), a bathroom bathroom all tiled with white tiles which gives the impression of being in a hospital, a very cramped office area to be able to work on and with the chair you turn around stuck between the bed and the mini-desk. Finally, I had asked for a quiet room, so I found myself next to the entrance to the corridor which leads to the rooms and until midnight then from 4:45 a.m., I heard the double doors of the airlock slam. Fortunately I was told that all the rooms were quiet. I don't understand the three stars, the quality/price ratio is not there, the price is very high. I do not recommend this hotel, especially to people who want to stay there in a professional setting and work a little in the evening. and have calm At this price, there are other accommodation possibilities in Toulouse where the quality is worthy of the price.
