Great
We had the Comfort room and it was fine, good bed, nice shower and especially clean. Friendly staff and restaurant with simple but tasty food, breakfast was very good, so a recommendation and also close to the A10

Avoid.
Very disappointed with this hotel. As a regular at Ibis hotels, I did not expect such an experience at all. The room was mediocre and clearly not up to the standards of a 3-star establishment.
The carpet is in a deplorable state, stained and worn, the lighting in the room is dim with an unpleasant yellowish light, and the bed is very uncomfortable. Upon my arrival, the bed seemed to have been hastily made, giving an impression of a poorly done cleaning. Regarding the air conditioning, it was literally 25 degrees in the room. After attempting to make it work unsuccessfully, I went to ask for help at the front desk. The receptionist simply replied that it was turned off, without offering any alternative solution. In summary: deal with the heat and suffer in silence. Unacceptable.
The lack of hygiene is also glaring: there are large dust bunnies in the false ceiling that fall every time the door is opened. The photos speak for themselves. There wasn't even a toilet brush in the bathroom. After requesting it at the front desk, it was handed to me in front of everyone, as if that was perfectly normal, even though such an item is not hygienic to handle in that way.
The parking is not secure either. Honestly, this hotel needs renovation and clearly does not deserve its 3 stars.

Clean, quiet and Affordable
Convenient location when traveling through. This hotel was clean and quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. It is a dog friendly hotel and we found it reasonably priced. The staff was friendly.
The atmosphere is quite bland and the parking and surrounding area was littered with trash and the vegetation was completely dried out. This doesn’t impact the stay much, but it was gross to walk the dog among trash.
But overall, a pleasant stay.

Avoid this hotel
Arriving in the middle of a heatwave, our room, despite being air-conditioned, was a sauna. Problem with the motors, the front desk told us?? In short, over 100€ to end up opening the window that overlooks an avenue is quite expensive... No discount for the inconvenience and the sleepless night, thanks IBIS! I strongly advise against it
