Enjoyed a memorable one night stay with Phil and Graham at Maison Dix.
A lovely property in a beautiful location, steeped in history. Our room was delightful…
A fabulous breakfast, hosted in a warm and welcoming environment.
Wholeheartedly recommend for anyone travelling to or through the area. Unquestionably, 10/10.

Excellent hosts and stay

Hosts were excellent. They have a beautiful home and they made us feel so welcome . The attention to detail was second to none …. A cooler bag to take to our room with cold water and drinks to enjoy in these hot conditions , beautifully presented breakfast outside on the gorgeous terrace , beds and bedding so comfy , bathrooms gorgeous. I couldn’t ask for more !!!

Exceptional Chambre d'hote

We spent two nights at the beautiful Maison Dix Tusson, Graeme and Phil offered the warmest welcome and most wonderful hospitality - absolutely nothing was too much trouble - even carrying our bags to our room. The bedrooms are to die for, just exceptional, with everything to could need, thought through. Breakfast had so much choice, it was quite incredible - But Gino was, without doubt the star of Maison Dix Tusson who gave the biggest welcome, he is so gorgeous! Thank you Graeme and Phil for taking such good care of us during our house hunt, you took the stress away and gave us wine! Just perfect. Gilly & Steve Suffolk UK

Perfect Charentaise stage!

A very nice Charentaise stage, British Mood guaranteed in comfort!
Warmly welcomed by the owner, in a charming property with small adjoining garden in the city center. The establishment, which has two bedrooms, is very well maintained, impeccable, a beautiful living room, wood fire in a beautiful insert, one feels received as a family. The room is spacious, with everything you need and impeccable cleanliness. No TV, but we understand that it's part of the quiet Mood. Breakfast, French type, is complete, with bread and fresh pastries. The contact with the owner was cordial and warm. Once again, we will come back!

We apologise for the lack of TV in your room, but most of our guests have mentioned they appreciate that there is no TV in the room, and they normally use a tablet or phone of their own to log into their Netflix accounts etc. on our super fast wifi. Excellent stay in Tusson

So much care and attention from the first email exchange until departure. Graeme and Phil have created a welcoming, charming and stylish haven that was a joy to discover. Fabulous hospitality, super comfortable room and excellent breakfast in a lovely village location. Perfect for stopping en route to Spain but also for a longer and very relaxing stay. Highly recommended.
