Welcome back.
Comfortable room.
Too bad the air conditioning is not in service but it is not the most important.

disappointed

very disappointed with this 2nd experience at a B&B. Poorly insulated, it is 7:45 AM and breakfast is not being served, everyone is waiting. In short, we will think twice before choosing another B&B.

Air conditioning broken during the heatwave

Having booked in advance on the B&B website (non-modifiable rate), I had the unpleasant surprise of discovering, upon my arrival, that the air conditioning was broken, even though it was 37 °C outside.
The receptionist just said that it was posted on the lobby walls…
I would have appreciated being notified in advance, with an offer of a refund.
Furthermore, the breakfast coffee machine was also broken.
The bathroom smelled musty…
Apparently, a lot of neglect in the maintenance of this hotel.

Not the best memory for this road leg

The main asset of this hotel is the proximity to the A20 motorway, perfect for a stop on the road to the holiday.
Comfortable bedding and clean room which is absolutely not the case with the outdated bathroom. Tile joints covered with mold, shower wall clogged with limestone, soap dispenser not refilled. In short, it took motivation to shower.
The air conditioning is apparently not maintained because water leakage during the night.
Fortunately the breakfast was well stocked, even if the savory lunch lacked cooking.
Regular BB hotel for our holiday trips, this one will not leave us a pleasant memory.
Small maintenance work in the SDB would be welcome.

Functional

A fully functional hotel. To spend a night on the way anywhere and little else. All very correct and a sparse breakfast, but correct too. Very comfortable bed which is the most important thing.
The only thing that would change is that they have a reception and do not have to do the whole check in process etc on your own. Older people have a hard time.
