Chamber proper, good facilities, bed was comfortable, but creaked a lot if you moved, so no “hanky-panky”! Definitely recommend though, friendly welcoming staff

I paid a very cheap price for a well equipped, clean apartment. Stove and refrigerator and bathroom microwave etc. not far from train station

A good address in the city center

Very good stay in this apartment hotel in Valencia.
The welcome was particularly pleasant thanks to extremely friendly, professional, and always smiling hostesses. Their availability and kindness contributed to making our stay even more enjoyable.
The establishment is ideally located in the city center, close to the train station, while being on a quiet street, allowing us to enjoy the city's vibrancy without the noise disturbances.
The room was exactly as we expected: clean, well arranged, and well equipped. We also enjoyed the breakfast, simple yet effective, with enough choices to start the day well.
The only downside concerns the underground parking. Although it is convenient and secure, the rate of €14 for one night seems a bit high to us.
Despite this small drawback, we gladly recommend this establishment and would not hesitate to return during our next visit to Valencia.

Avoid it.

The hotel had called me 2 days before my arrival to ask me my arrival time, I was pretty confident at the time. Only here it is... On D-Day, I arrive on schedule, but no one at the front desk and you need a code to get in. There's a phone number, but it's not picking up.
After more than half an hour waiting in the cold, the phone number finally picks up. It is a person located in Montpellier who answers me. Surprising and impractical. She finds the code to enter and guides me to a safe to find my key, except that in the safe it is not there. After a long search, the receptionist finally arrives... "I was upstairs". Sure, but that doesn't excuse the wait.
No excuses or commercial gestures.
Little helpful clarification, the bedding is very uncomfortable, my companion did not manage to sleep. We chose to sleep on Valencia to save time and rest, it's totally missed!
The next week we were supposed to sleep there again, but we chose another hotel.
