Parking was good and the staff was nice, but the room was cold. Person at the desk explained that the temperature can be maximum 21 degrees - but it was nowhere even near that. Air conditioning worked only as a fan, but the heating didn't work. I slept with my full clothes and down jacket on. The bedside lights didn't work either, and the soap was finished, but apart from these everything was ok

Disappointing

Hello received correctly, I had asked for one or two extra pillows. I didn't have any. When usually no worries. Breakfast at 9.95e was incorrect with respect to price. Little or no oldies my son went to see several times in a row and zero. Not a usual choice and really disappointing. We are regulars (we come once or twice a month and this time it is a very poor Service. I hope this opportunity does not recur because I will change hotels and it saddens me a little. Regards

Staff was extremely friendly.
I didn't realize this was a pet friendly hotel. I kept hearing dog's barking.
The room was decent.
