Best host offering a delightful place to stay in an historic village close to Paris

Laurent is the quintessential host offering his expansive generational famiy home to guests in the historic village of Valmondois a short distance from Paris and the airport. He is a most charming and well-spoken man with a background in the French diplomatic service. In his spacious eat-in kitchen he prepares superb meals whether dinner or breakfast. The grounds and the rooms have a distinct French village charm appointed with contemporary amenities. Parking is most convenient being just across the street from the manor entrance. Restaurants abound in the village and in close by villages.

Birthday weekend in Valmondois

We were met by Laurent on our arrival and he was there throughout our stay. Offering great advice about where we could go and a lot about the history of the area which was enthralling. This house and the village is steeped in history. The breakfasts were a great start to our days and Laurent literally was on hand to our every need and request. We have have to say in no small part our stay Chez Laurent added significantly to what was a great birthday weekend. Whole village was extremely friendly and welcoming.

A wonderful place to stay

A wonderful B&B in a the historical village Valmondois. The house is filled with the family heritage of the owner. The rooms are elegant with wonderful views on the gardens and the courtyard. The hospitable owner Laurent gives you a lot of information how to get the utmost of your stay. The painters village Auvers sur Oise is nearby and Paris is just 29 kilometers away.

Chambre d'hôtes au top

Un séjour longue durée en chambre d'hôtes. La chambre était très confortable. La table d'hôtes est aussi parfaite: repas délicieux et petits déjeuners avec des produits frais. Dommage de ne pas avoir pu profiter du jardin en cette saison. L'accueil est très attentionné.

Week-end en famille

Ce petit week-end familial dans ce lieu charmant au cœur du Vexin nous aura permis de fêter les 30 ans de notre fille, dans le plus grand respect des consignes sanitaires et dans un climat serein et apaisé. Cette maison chargée de l’histoire des hôtes et de leurs ancêtres en fait un endroit particulier où l’accueil des propriétaires contribue à s’y sentir bien.
Une découverte qui nous a ravis à tous points de vue.
Nous recommandons cette halte pleine de charme à quiconque a envie de découvrir le Vexin et ses villages typiques.
Merci à nos hôtes pour leur présence bienveillante, discrète et attentive.
