Very pleasant.

Very pleasant setting. The room is really very nice and equipped with quality furniture. The spa bathtub is really nice.
On the other hand, it's a shame that there is no door or curtain to separate the bedroom from the bathroom and that there are no blackout curtains on the windows to avoid being woken up at 5 AM.

Bad experience

The arrival said to be “autonomous” is in reality a total absence of care. Throughout the stay, we did not see any staff, either at the reception or at breakfast. Our questions remained unanswered and, at the slightest worry, we had to fend for ourselves.
The room had several malfunctions, including an unusable television. Insulation and soundproofing are very inadequate, which greatly impairs comfort.
Breakfast is like the rest: no human presence, an out-of-service coffee machine and out-of-date products, including yogurt, offered without control.
Finally, the external condition of the building is clearly dilapidated, poorly maintained, and gives a very bad first impression.
On paper, the concept may appeal, but in fact, service and maintenance are not there. We're not coming back.

Good but a few things to review

Nice establishment, value for money quite well. Everything is secure, parking, common areas. Nice room very clean but a little small. Very good bedding. Missing a bedside table or tablet useful especially for dropping glasses and cell phone or even book. Too bad the shower window isn't opacified, it lacks privacy.
Good WiFi reception, however difficulty to operate the TV. Outdoors a beautiful park where you can take a short walk without forgetting the indoor pool which in summer must be very appreciable. Nice room for breakfast. Too bad, however, to collect bread and pastries in a paper bag. It would be nicer to have them on the table.
For breakfast on the 2nd day some of the pastries were missing. Too bad we don't have any permanent interlocutors. It would be useful to make available some documentation on visits to the region.
