Badness gratuitous and many lies
Hello I find you exaggerating on the rooms. What if there were bugs or excrement like you tell me why you stayed? Why accuse the staff he does not live there and each works in turn. Are you all clean? Who do you think the showers are? Not the staff. Do you also plan to use them the condition of the rooms rendered? You never put yourself in the shoes either? Using them do the best that can that reviews can certify damaged rooms etc but they are not the H24 and do their best bizzare I have seen no bed bugs especially with the mdr. .ha alaise yes comments are saying no mattress no pillow you slept on the floor especially in a hotel? pkoi tjr use them and not the guests shower wc etc. C easy to judge when you do not know the history of the formula 1st why the state. C not today and employ them do the best that can to welcome us healthy with what it has. To think that c not shamefully clean the garbage on the sink chair back l to prove that the cleaning was done but sorry there are many disgusting customer. And you don't even recognize it by disparaging this hotel those who spend 1 night there but come back mdr to meditate. But one thing using them doesn't shower there and her step has watched her and with their cloth in hand after every customer who washes. To clean the toilets of pigs and certainly not use them. Looks like the customers its all own. . dsl a squeal because I can say that employing them has a lot of work and you don't have your hand in it at the customers exit to know .then c not the same normal staff this is called a team that turns if you were folds attentive schedules are mark at the front desk that if there is nobody made to call there are 2 numbers maybe what in room to do or take care of the cleaning or a problem with a customer sees the cigarette c to the customer not to smoke I find you are mean like no one there are problems but employing them is not boss for work already report then customer or employ the disgusting? Smoking in the rooms employer or customer? Bedroom destruction blow to bed employer or client? With all these negative things Lélé with a smile you would say the opposite c unfortunate how sees denigrating them using gross nothing like to lose their job by welcoming you with. The smile and the best possible but the review that made me laugh c bedbugs no mattress or cushion ha yes if you were rich redone the c a formula 1 for passage holidays etc. Not to live there then a little repair because it is abuse total I would like to see in all the customers in mediocre

Hotel to escape
Customers who put positive comments, are big liars, this hotel is to flee very quickly, between the mattress on a wooden board, stained duvet, breakfast a cata, in short it would be necessary that the managers of this hotel take their responsibilities, and react very quickly........

Hotel that smells of cigarettes and other substances all over the corridors.
VERY DIRTY hotel whether the room or the common areas: MOULDY mattresses, toilets more than dirty, showers with excrement, wall with huge holes, microwave available very dirty...
This hotel has not seen the shadow of a broom in months!!!

Missing mattress
When we arrived at the F1 hotel in Verdun at 10 p.m. the mattress on the upper bed was missing in the room so the daughter had to sleep on an iron plate which caused insomnia and back pain. I sent SMS to the phone number listed on the door with no response. It´s really not good to sleep on iron! We are not in the Middle Ages!

Avoid at any cost, or it could be costly to you
After a long journey, late at night we decided to do a quick stop and sleep at hotel F1 in Verdun. There was no one at the hotel at that hour, but in front of the hotel, there is a machine which you can use to reserve your room. There were three cars on the parking lot in front of the hotel, however the machine told us that the hotel was full. It looked so unlikely that we checked our phones and found that in the internet, we could book the hotel. I paid it happily thinking, yippee, we would finally get in and get some sleep. Except that when I inserted the reservation code I had received by email, the machine in front of the hotel told me it was invalid...
There was a phone number available for us to call in case of trouble. It was a payable number, but desperate enough, we called it. Just to get the answer phone...
There was no way to get in the hotel. There was no one there. The phone number did not work. Tired, but now furious, we drove to another hotel of the same Accor chain - where we ran into the exact same problem - and to yet another hotel, this time not an Accor hotel, where we finally slept.
The following morning, we went back to hotel F1 to report the problem and to claim to have our money back. They could not help us. Finally we managed to get an email address which to contact. However, when we received the response, it was like another cold shower from Accor hotels: the person replying to us was practically insulting, practically accusing us of lying to them about their machines not accepting the reservation code.
The fact remains, we were not able to enter in F1 because a machine refused the code we had received after having booked and paid for the F1.
We are escalating the worst possible "customer service" from F1 at Accor Hotels. And still trying to get our money back.
