At the last moment, we were asked to pay in cash, I asked for an invoice, I'm still waiting.
Pros: the jaccuzi was perfect, the Sauna ok.
Areas for improvement:
1_ The light points do not allow to illuminate correctly, be careful the light points in the bathroom do not comply with the C15100 standard, the volumes are not respected, the light points do not comply with the IPs.
2_ TV: No explanation on how it works, the lady told us that we were entitled to all channels but in truth you have to be ourselves already subscribed. Conclusion We couldn't watch TV.
The wifi is the same, I tried several times to connect , impossible.
3_ Towels: we only had one towel each, so we wipe our face and buttocks with the same towel.
Conclusion: disappointing for the price 185 euros, it is worth only 150 euros grand max, nothing to do with what we experienced in Savoy or Haute Savoie.

Disappointment
Contrary to what is said Chris does not come to welcome contrary to what he makes people believe.
Room temperature: 16 degrees in December
Small towel dryer in the bathroom only
No hot water, cold water, COMPLICATED FOR BALNEOTHERAPY!
Not worth the price given the state of the service.
Wasted stay and wasted evening
Don't waste your time, avoid this place!

Accueil, confort, calme...bonne adresse où nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
Salle d'eau très jolie avec une très grande douche à l'italienne et beaucoup de place pour poser ses affaires.
Accueil très sympa. Petits déjeuners copieux et variés avec de bons produits locaux.
Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
