Excellent family stay
Excellent stay spent with family at this estate where we were able to savor every moment between visiting the grounds, the table d'hôte, the extra-fresh breakfast, and the other services (large pool, park, pétanque court). Madeleine, Alain, and their dog Guga are attentive to guests, and we greatly appreciated these three days in Verteuil; we recommend it to families and couples wishing to get away for a few nights while enjoying the peace and activities of the Médoc.

A guesthouse like the one you dream of finding: a large, peaceful, wooded garden, a heated pool, a large, quiet room, a very hearty breakfast consisting exclusively of homemade products, valuable advice for visiting the surrounding area, and, above all, extreme kindness from the hosts.
An excellent price-quality ratio. An authentic place, full of charm.

Relaxation and quiet
2 days spent in peace and quiet. An excellent welcome and welcome recommendations/advice on the region. A very pleasant park surrounding the pool. Top-notch breakfasts. Madeleine takes great care of her guests.

Nice stay
A great experience, to stay in this place.
We were a family of 4 and a small child, so we had an apartment with 1. Hall and a small terrace. Nice with the place, the fierce heat was there unfortunately, but that only means that the pool was good to cool in.
The owners were absolutely fantastic, we got some tapas one of the evenings although they did not cook, but there was demand for us anyway.
Breakfast was completely lush with eggs, made as you wanted it.
We will definitely come back.

Beautiful stay in a superb castle managed by charming hosts!
A real jewel in a green and calm setting. Guest house 5 stars in all respects: rooms, kitchen Madeleine , spa, swimming pool. But above all, the Welcoming and kindness of the hosts, Alain and Madeleine, who served us as valuable guides and with whom we shared moments full of friendliness. Finally, how could we not mention it: Guga, the protector of the house!

Et puisque vous mentionnez notre chien Guga, laissez nous préciser que son domaine est normalement notre jardin privé et que même s'il est le plus doux des compagnons, nous ne lui laissons accès au parc qu'occasionnellement, à la demande de certains hôtes. Au plaisir de vous revoir.
