Beautiful chambres d'hôte, with comfortable room, beautiful garden, and easy access to hiking paths. Stéphane and Albert did everything to make us feel welcome, and served a delicious breakfast. Recommend!

Stéphane is a perfect host

We, a family of three, stayed with Stéphane for 5 nights. Stéphane is an excellent host. His house is a perfect place to stay, relax, sleep and having breakfast and dinner. His salads are superb! We enjoyed ourselves with small hikes in the Cevenne. Thank you Stéphane for making our stay memorable.

excellent value

Converted farmhouse in an isolated location on a forested hillside with nice views and very peaceful. Lots of walks in the vicinity but this is the place to come if you seek peace and tranquility, as it's miles from the nearest town. Nicely restored old buildings surrounded by rambling gardens, attractive rooms, very good value. Stephane is an interesting and helpful host who produces excellent meals and entertains his guests; everyone took the table d'hote option when we were there, and this made for pleasant evenings of conversation (you probably need to speak French). Friendly dog and 3 cats add to the ambience.

Beautiful location, wonderful food and company

Easily one of the best places we stayed in during our whistle stop 3 week tour around France. Our hosts were very considerate and the food was a delight. The seclusion of the site and the wonderful views bring a deep peace and happiness. Easy to recommend.

Once you have found this place(easiest via Vialas) you will be struck by the silence. The house has been lovingly restored and the rooms are beautiful. There is a large vine covered terrace where communal breakfast and delicious evening meals are served if it is hot, or a lovely sitting room if it is not. The views are incredible and we were allowed the dogs and had long walks from the door with maps and guides provided including Stephane's number if you got lost! Comfortable beds and friendly host and fellow guests completed the package
