Tiny!

Having booked a room without asking to see it for friends at this hotel, whose reputation I will not contest, I was surprised, while accompanying them, by the smallness of the room; it was almost impossible to move around the bed. Aside from that, the hotel is very well located and quiet. Guests benefit from private parking. The rooms are comfortable and impeccable. The welcome is warm and discreet, but next time, I will ask to see the room!

Decayed four-star glory

Technically, this hotel can still get 4 stars. Unfortunately, stars are awarded based on hard facts such as room size, opening hours reception, presence of daily newspapers, in-room hairdryer etc. and not on comfort or luxury. This hotel has clearly had its best time and needs urgent refreshing. The reception alone seems to be from the 70s. By the way, the receptionist is very friendly. There is no bar or restaurant (anymore) in this hotel, but there is a wellness area for up to 4 people that you can rent for a relatively large amount of money (75 euros for 1 hour with 4 people).
The room we were given was in any case far too small to qualify for 4 stars. Although the website clearly states that the rooms are 18-20 m2, ours was about 3x3.5 meters, so about 10 m2. Technically, a 4-star room should be at least 14.5 or 16.5 m2. Otherwise the room was old-fashioned and super old-fashioned, with lots of formica. Bathroom was quite okay. Cleanliness was fine, but the beds were poor.

Disappointed by the announcement of a 4 stars that is not worth them.

We didn't have too many hotel choices in Vichy, so we ended up in this hotel (a priori 4 stars).
On the plus side, there is the location a few hundred meters from the center.
However less well, the room was small, no parking available, Medium Welcoming, all services are paid (spa, ...)
Only the breakfast was satisfactory but the services are not worth the price to pay.

Perfect to be downtown. No downside to restaurant but there are plenty nearby. Great breakfast!

A lot to improve for a 4-star hotel

The best thing about the hotel is its location. Lack of charm, cold, Welcoming really depends on the Welcoming Person! The breakfast room is not welcoming nor the staff (even nobody on 3 mornings so my opinion is only about her), the breakfast is not worthy of a 4 star, I join the comments on the coffee (too much water for an espresso, not good). Paid spa. Paid gym.
