Avoid.

Pitiful hotel. No parking, no air conditioning. 38° outside, 28° in the room.
Fans are available at the front desk, which confirms that the hotel is perfectly aware of this problem. It is cooler in the hallways than in the rooms. Hotel to visit.

Too hot to sleep

Temperature during our stay was high 20s to low 30s with no aircon, the room stayed around 28 degrees. This hotel is not designed to work in high temperatures without aircon. Shower room was very tired but functional. Bed was very comfortable but the heat made sleep very difficult. Fine as a budget hotel but not in summer temperatures (hopefully the rooms are heated in winter!).

Fatigue

The elevator was broken down, go again.
But the room on the 4th and top floor on the same level as the rugby team really not discreet and the temperature of 24.5 degrees did not make our stay a pleasant experience. Air conditioning is not put on “because it’s not hot enough outside”... I thought it was to cool the inside!
That said, the bedding is qualitative.

My room was clean. I stayed an extra night. There was a midway set up beside the hotel. A bit noisy in the day time but it shut down early and started later in the morning. Secure bike storage. Located in the older part of the city, shopping, restaurants, historic sites, museums, all nearby.
