We got a lovely upgrade and since we booked through Hotels.com information on what amenities were not clear. They kindly provided linens and towels that did not come

Mediocre camping
Camping Cap Fun Parc Paris is a factory. Arrived today, 06/27/2026, the mobile home is terrible, foul odors, bathroom sink clogged, television not working, and now let’s talk about the reception service. You call to notify them, 45 minutes of calls without anyone answering. We decide to notify the reservation center, which gives us the number for the complaints service to call on Monday—a joke. We are leaving tomorrow morning; we had rented for one week. We are giving the file to our legal service; this is unacceptable, it’s theft, and we want a refund.

Brilliant place for families
Everything was brilliant from start to finish. The check in was seamless reception staff couldn't have been more helpful. The cabin was spotless and is very well equipped. The new indoor pool area is amazing with new slides for kids (young and old).
The restaurant was amazing a HUGE shout out to Vince and his wonderful staff who looked after us so well, couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. Thanks again guys!!
The location is superb for exploring not only Paris but also the surrounding areas with some beautiful towns only 10/15 mins away in an Uber. Especially Clay-Souilly which is well worth a visit!!

Not great
Team and mobile home were nice, but,
The pool is dirty, and let's not even talk about the stairs for the slide....
Very few shaded areas by the outdoor pool, or they are already taken by towels!!!!
The facilities are old, and for me, it does not resemble a typical Capfun.
Lack of outdoor infrastructure....
Not much in terms of a convenience store, plan to bring everything upon your departure!
The positive point is the aquatic area for the little ones, with a well-designed space for the youngest.
The pool is dirty, and let's not even talk about the stairs for the slide....

Pleasant stay but departure experience needs improvement
We had a good time as a family. The accommodations are very well arranged, very clean, and easily accessible. I thank the daytime team and the manager for their welcome and responsiveness upon our arrival.
Unfortunately, our departure went very poorly due to the night security agent, who was unreachable and refused access to the vehicle for our luggage. Difficulties in contacting the campsite for the follow-up of a pre-authorization.
