Stay in April 2026.

The tranquility of the place, the charm of the hotel, the meals, the welcome, the spa, everything was perfect from start to finish.
We will very likely return to recharge.

Nonexistent customer service skills

My husband was sick, we had to leave the hotel in a hurry at 12:00 PM, and they charged us for the room. No empathy, very cold welcome for customers who have been loyal for years: stay away!

Madame, contrairement à ce que vous affirmez, nous avons bien fait un geste commercial puisque nous ne vous avons pas facturé toute la prestation en demi-pension mais uniquement la chambre. Et comme vous avez pu le constater, l'hôtel était complet et nous avons dû refuser des clients. Enfin, vous pouviez en toute logique faire jouer votre assurance auprès de votre banque ou d'un autre organisme.

Excellent hotel to discover absolutely

Very good hotel to recommend without worries. Welcoming very good, excellent restaurant. Located in the heart of the village a few steps from the famous Wangenburg Castle.
The staff is very welcoming and very polite, with little care with the guests.
Ideal place to decompress from the hustle and bustle of life.
Quiet,zen,serene.......the spa place is cool.
In short....a great stay.

Our stay was more than rainy.
Despite everything we had a great stay.
the hearty breakfasts and excellent evening meals we feasted.

Potential, can do better

I stayed one night in early October at this hotel. Good location in the heart of the village, beautiful setting, beautiful building. Welcoming is pro and courteous. I had booked a large room. Clean, comfortable, but the decor furniture etc are dated. An update would be welcome. Soundproofing not great (I could hear snoring). A little disappointed by the breakfast buffet, not much local produce. In short, potential, but we should invest
