Excellent hotel.
It is spectacular; the rooms are very comfortable. I love that the bungalows are not too deep, a maximum of one and a half meters... super comfortable. I recommend booking with Full Board or at least Half Board because there is nowhere to go eat; the town is not close, and you have to take the ferry.

Mediocre at best
We really wanted to love this hotel, but unfortunately it fell short. The hut was amazing but the service was so poor we would never stay here again nor would we recommend this hotel. The first evening during dinner service, our waiter just completely disappeared. We sat there for 30 minutes waiting to get a drink and put in our dessert orders, but he was nowhere to be found. No acknowledgement from the staff about the incident either after we were able to flag down a different server. Regardless of the MIA server, dinner service was incredibly slow. Each dinner took about 2 hours. There aren’t many people here, so it did not make sense. Additionally, they made a fuss about a table we wanted to sit at because we were a party of 2 and it was set for a party of 3. We said okay and moved on to a different table, however just a minute later a party of 2 was sat there. We also booked multiple excursions including an ATV tour. We received NO communication about the tour. These tours are not affiliated with the hotel whatsoever. The tour duration was listed as 3 hours and we verified with the concierge ourselves before leaving, however it was realistically 5 hours. It is completely inaccurate on their activities listing. Lastly, if you wish to have late check out, ask when you check in. We were told late check out was fine, so we went about our day and were going to finalize it after our excursion, however when we get back from the excursion the late check out was no longer possible, so they said. You’re telling me someone just booked our room within the 4 hours we were gone? They said it would be fine to finalize the late check out when we returned, which was completely false. This resort is not cheap but the service sure acts like a 3 star hotel.

Beautiful resort
We went to Le Bora Bora resort for our extended vacation in Bora Bora, after staying at the Pearl Resort on another island previously and loving it. It was the second time booking through Claudia from Pacific For Less since she had made our first trip with a big group stress free.
Le Bora Bora landscaping was impeccable, the architecture was blending seamlessly with the environment.
The sushi restaurant was very delicious with high quality ingredients.
The beach area was clean with a nice access to snorkeling area where we saw an octopus among all :)

Every detaile of this property was excellent including the staff, the food, the help except for when checking out I was surprised that I was charged for the boat ride from the airport to the hotel which cost me $285.00. I was shocked since Hotels.com did not disclose this charge. That was disappointing! I thought since spending almost $8,000 the boat was complementary. Please for the future disclose every charge.

Great service, made our honeymoon perfect!
We had a great experience at the resort. Our overwater bungaloo facing the mountains was beautiful. We have never felt more talen care of. We did a few activities with them: saw the Heiva festival and did eco snorkeling for a full day. Then we also has diner at their gourmet restaurant Poerava which was amazing! Staff was super friendly, helpful and just the best. They made our honeymoon so much better than we could have expected. The coral garden was also pretty cool. Saw black tip sharks and sting rays from our room sea window at night!
