We were appreciative that the convenience store/Shell gas station was next door. It made it easily accessible for food and snacks.

Average value for money - safety concerns
IN CASE OF EMERGENCY EVACUATION THIS HOTEL POSES REAL AND SIGNIFICANT CHALLENGES TO GET TO THE GROUND FLOOR AND SAFELY LEAVE IT!
At check-out, I asked for the invoice to be sent via e-mail - it didn't happen.
The staff was very nice an helpful.

City vibe right in the heart of Pape'ete.
The exterior of the hotel looks a bit run down, but don't let it fool you. This hotel is sleek and modern on the inside. The front desk was very nice at accommodating a large group at 4am and spoke very good English.
I stayed in the junior suite with 2 roommates. They provided a good rollaway bed for my roommate. I stayed on the couch which they made up for me every day.
The kitchen looks like a kitchen, but misses some things. There's a full size fridge, lots of counter and cupboard space, a sink, and an electric kettle. But no stove or microwave. So it's ideal for storing and eating cold items, or things like ramen or oatmeal with the electric kettle. They did provide hot tea, instant coffee, and sugar which was nice.
Because it was in the heart of the city, you're not being woken up by roosters at 4am, like most other parts of the island. So my sleep quality was pretty decent. There was a pool and fitness center on the 2nd floor. They do have a breakfast available for purchase at the restaurant on the 1st floor, but it's pretty pricey, about 3500XPF (about 35 USD) for continental breakfast and about 4200 or 4500XPF (I forgot exactly how much) for full breakfast. Or you can go to the Shell gas station next door where their inside store has a surprising amount of good food available for purchase.
One glitch is the shower situation. They do provide those lovely Tahitian made toiletries, but the shower is a detachable hose, there's no enclosure (like a sliding door or shower curtain), and that hose is like an out-of-control fire hose. Plus the interior of the bathroom is pure marble. You can see where I'm going with this. So my roommates and I stuck to sit down baths using the hose for the rest of the trip. It was fine. I didn't mind. It is what it is. The toilet is a separate little room from the shower/sink area. Also, the internet signal is pretty decent. TV worked well, but mostly French/Tahitian speaking stations. Again, I didn't mind. French is such a prettier language.
All in all, I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was more than accommodating. This hotel was great. I can't wait to come back to the fenua!!!

COMFORTABLE HOTEL CLOSE TO HARBOUR
The pool is nice but offers little shade and the rooms are comfortable and well maintained.
We didn’t eat at the hotel as we found a nice restaurant close by on the waterfront called BORA BORA Lounge.
Very good location
