Хозяева не поскупились. Весь дом с заботой о гостях. Белье, матрасы, подушки, стулья, сантехника… все как должно. Номер с окнами на море очень тихий, воздух класс! Думали, что утром нужно закрывать окно из за шума, но ничего не шумит!!! Завтрак вы не сможете съесть полностью, это невозможно)
Удобно, тепло и радушно. Редко пишу отзывы, но тут особый случай. Спасибо хозяевам за любовь к своему делу и радушие к гостям.

Quiet place with not quiet rest
Relaxed as a family, the hotel was chosen by location: it is located on the outskirts of the settlement, so they hoped for a quiet and peaceful rest. and at first glance everything said it.
It was really quiet during the day. The noise and screaming began at night, near midnight, when the entire Georgian family was gathering on the ground floor for dinner. Probably following the family traditions, the meal is very lively, despite the fact that the hotel is full of guests. The adults are talking very loudly. The kids are squealing! After dinner, the hostess cleans up the feast marks - it's another hour of rattle dishes, doors slam, chairs, etc. And, oh happiness, by 2am, the hosts had gone down to sorrow! But that doesn't mean silence is coming. Every 20-30 minutes there is a compressor noise (I don't know where, probably from the pool). It's a quiet place, basically! I renamed it the HerSon Hotel.
I'll talk about breakfast. Many in the reviews say breakfast is monotonous. The choice of dishes was enough, but here's what we need to add: a coffee machine! A coffee machine is not a luxury, but an affordable item for even a small hotel. The absence of this machine is a fat downside! The next downside is no tables available. There are not many tables in the restaurant room, if you arrive just after 10 o'clock, then you need to wait/seek revenge. There are tables on the balcony, but in the morning they haven't been cleaned up after dinner and there are birds eating, maybe at night and mice. But finally, in principle, breakfast at 10 o'clock is no longer breakfast! Coming to the sea we go to the beach in the morning, and I want breakfast before that. And at 12 o'clock, we leave for lunch. And then at 10:00 it's breakfast only! Previously, the hosts can't arrange breakfast because they didn't go to bed until 2:00 in the morning, they have to sleep until at least 10:00!
About the room - our room was on the ground floor with access to the yard. The room is spacious, the furniture is a little shaky, the linen is white, clean. There's a laundry dryer. Shower and toilet are combined. There is a strong unpleasant smell of sewage. due to the lack of a curtain and limited space, there is always water everywhere.
And also the unpleasant moment - it is necessary to immediately at check-in decide on the number of days, pay the full amount and no money is returned. Every day there were disgruntled guests who wanted to leave early, change hotels. They had a long and loud row with the hotel owner. Some are lucky, some are not. We also left 2 days early. No refund, very unpleasant!
It's not clear to me why this HerSon hotel has such a high rating (so we remember it) probably all the reviews are screwed up, maybe negative reviews are deleted!

Вернёмся обязательно и другие предложения даже не будем рассматривать!
Отдыхали в этом отеле в июле 2021 года. Место просто великолепное! Расстояние до моря можно выразить фразой «совсем рядом». Отель построен в современном стиле, все номера просторные и комфортные. Персонал очень приветливый. Вообщем все супер!!!!

Отличный отдых!!!
Замечательный тихий отдых. Прекрасный дом с очень радушными и гостеприимными хозяевами. Находится в конце улицы в Кобулети. Тихо и спокойно, нет такого шума как ближе к центру города. Сам дом очень комфортный. Не большое количество комнат, просторные, в каждой есть кондиционер. По летней жаре это очень важно)))расположен дом в минутной ходьбе к морю, со стороны улицы есть магазинчики, небольшой ресторанчик, кафешки. Со стороны моря очень много кафе. На территории есть бассейн, взрослым маловато конечно, но для детей самый раз. Вокруг дома много столиков и стульчиков, приятно вечером посидеть на свежем воздухе, а не в комнате когда лень топать в кафе или город))))в распоряжении общий большой холодильник, на кухне можно готовить себе еду, очень много кухонных принадлежностей и хорошая плита. В гостиной есть кондиционер, в жару хорошо заходить в дом, сразу облегчение)))убирают очень часто, у меня даже было такое ощущение, что девушка из персонала не расстаётся со шваброй. В гостиной стоит два кулера с бутылями домашнего вина: белое и красное))))первый раз такое видела))))Хорошо отдыхать с детьми, были туристы и с маленькими детками, в доме тихо и спокойно, никто не мешает. Хозяин дома забрал нас с жд вокзала, когда мы поездом с Тбилиси приехали только заселяться, а в ночь отъезда завёз в Батуми в аэропорт. Всегда можно подойти с любым вопросом и по мере своих возможностей помогут, расскажут и подскажут. У меня сложно проходила акклиматизация и были проблемы с животом, дали домашнее лекарство на смородине. В этом доме чувствуешь себя как в семье! На следующий год хозяева планируют достраивать второй этаж)) возле дома проходят маршрутки в центр Кобулети и в Батуми. Отличный пляж, мелкая галька и даже встречается песочек в море))))намного лучше море и пляж чем в Батуми, там целые булыжники.

Усень удобное расположение.
Отель на первой линии в двух минутах ходьбы от пляжа. Большой обустроенный двор, детям много места для игр. В номере практически не находились, все время на территории. Мало номеров, что тоже большой +.
