Excellent quality price
Excellent location just steps from the Colchis fountain, and supermarkets open 24 hours a day. The room is spacious, quiet and equipped with air conditioning and recently renovated bathroom. The price is great (you are on just over 10 euros per person per night). The very kind owner, and will pick you up in person at the airport at any time you arrive. A little note on the beds, maybe they could be improved with new bed bases and mattresses. Recommended

Good for a short stay
Large, clean room with a large bathroom. The possibility to use the kitchen equipped with a large fridge (we have used it only for breakfast) and a washing machine. Large communal spaces inside the house and a large terrace facing the courtyard and a smaller one facing the street. Good WiFi. Good location: 15 minutes on foot to the city center (Colchis Fountain). A mid sized supermarket nearby. Airport pick up service available (50 GEL) - the owner has waited for us as agreed.
The hotel is located in a steep street descending towards the city center with the half finished repavement works (seem abandoned now), which probably will become an issue in rainy weather. In most cases there has been nobody at the reception desk, so for any type of information or request one has to send a message or to call the manager via WhatsApp (he responded promptly). On our final day we have asked the manager to send us a taxi to take us to the train station to catch the train to Tbilisi, which he didn't do with an excuse that the car has broken. So, instead of sending another one (even the maid couldn't find one) we had to go on foot carrying heavy luggage all the way to the station (a 20-25 minutes walk). Excursions offered by the hotel are too expensive, better use a dedicated site to find the drivers for private tours.

Comfortable and quiet room, close to downtown
We only stayed one night to catch our flight the next day. The hotel is situated in one of the side alleys close to the fountain square. On walking distance of restaurants, market etc. Kutaisi is rather small.
We were given a nice small room with a window viewing the street.
Everything was clean, nice soft towels. The bathroom was very modern, with these portuguese style tiles and a good warm shower.
We liked the room very much.
The only disappointment is the breakfast. You have to pay it separate, it is not included in the price.
Despite the fact that there is a fresh bakery just opposite the street they offer you prebaked tasteless bread that you can toast. A lot of sausages, and jam. The freshbrewed coffee from the machine was the only good thing about the breakfast. For the rest, just forget about it. The owners should offer a good quality breakfast with at least fresh breads. In my opinion.
Resuming, yes I would stay here again, but I would skip the breakfast.

Great location
Great for price. Staff friendly and helpful. Balcony. Kitchen. Washing facilities. Clean. Bathroom great. Ironing board. Close to town. English speaking family members available. Would recommend highly. Bakery nearby

One of Kutaisi's better place. I guess
A bit difficult to meet the owner so it took us time to pay for the room. The shower works "strange" - the first time I didn't get any hot water.
The city center is not so big and the hotel was almost in it - easy to find, and near all the restaurants and bars. The kitchen was very well equiped so we had breakfast, coffee, wine. The room was comfortable enough.
