Excellent!

We had an amazing stay in Darchi Kazbegi! The hotel was cozy, clean, and had breathtaking mountain views. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully designed, making us feel right at home.
The restaurant was also fantastic — delicious Georgian dishes, fresh ingredients, and a lovely atmosphere. Every meal was full of flavor, especially the traditional cuisine. The service was excellent and the view while dining made the experience even more special.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kazbegi who wants both comfort and unforgettable hospitality. We will definitely come back!

Nice hotel? Only from outside

Recently built, architecturally pleasing, about 800m from the main square of the village. Ghost reception, non-existent staff, and therefore not classifiable. The room is minimal, not too spacious, without TV and abat-jour on the bedside table. There's no closet, just a bar to hang clothes on, if only there were clothes hangers. Breakfast to forget, a saucer of cold cuts, bread and cucumbers, a micro bowl of yogurt to be divided into three, and three mini pancakes, no milk, no jam, instant coffee with supermarket bags.

Traumatising for the whole family. Violent staff.

The staff is racist, violent and aggressive. Our children and us were threatened to be beaten up for asking to eat at the restaurant by the server.
