Great location and the heritage property

Located in the prime locality , in front of a beautiful park and sharing neighborhood with President house. It's an heritage property which is run by some businessman..he accepts payment only by card. Onku few rooms and no full time caretaker though. Room is well equipped with all facilities. Grocery store and restaurants are again in just the neighborhood.

Amazing place to stay, amazing location, lovely manager!

The place is in the heart of the old Tbilisi, which will allow you easily to go anywhere in Tbilisi and to the other cities as well. The prime location is near to the bus station in case you are into that type of adventure, or easily can walk around the city from this hotel… Levan, will make sure that you are happy and satisfied with everything, he will take care of you as a family member, he make sure to ask you if things are perfect with you, if not, he will do anything in order to make you feel like home. The quality of sleep is good… the toilet have a water hoe, this is great option for “Arab” guests, as most of the toilets in Tbilisi don’t have that, they have only tissues. Hot water and heating system will make you forget about the freezing weather outside. Big balcony between the rooms ideal for morning coffee or a cigarette at night.

What a marvelous little gem in the midst of area re-development

We loved it for the quality and quaintness with comfy, clean rooms and spacious bathroom. Levan and Katie's hospitality was so delightful with nothing too much trouble
Walking distance from the centre and beautiful park just across the street
Just don't let the re-development deter you

Absolutely amazing place!

The best thing about this place are its wonderful hosts - Levan and Keti. They are very helpful, keen to talk about Georgia, wine and history. We felt like at own home. The hotel is clean and comfortable, rooms are spacious, well equipped. It is situated in the charming house and in a great central location that makes it convenient to see the city - walking distance from the Old Tbilisi, Freedom Square, 1 min from the Dry Bridge, Flea Market and Carrefour. While traveling in Georgia next time, we'll stay there again for sure

Прекрасное расположение и очень душевные хозяева. Спасибо им за встречу, подарки и заботу)
Рядом прекрасный парк и Сухой мост. В номерах есть всё, что нужно. Мы отлично провели время. Здание и подъезд тоже впечатляющие.
