I loved it in this hotel. The service is good. Received kindly at the reception, Tornike qualifiedly told, went. Nice gym chik. It's okay.

The service off the hotel zero , Every thing was bad I stayed with my family there for 2 nights after we ruined out because they don’t have any hot water to take a shower and any we tell them they said just leave the tap water open for 5 minutes then you will have a hot water but 2 days we don’t have any hot water then just we left hotel to different hotel , If you want to waste your money and suffer from your stay, then go to this hotel. Otherwise, I dare say it would be better if you slept on the street.

Very positive staff, very positive stay

Have been here with a large group of children, a very positive stay. The staff, especially in reception, is ultra friendly and helpful, keeping an eye on everything to be excellent. Also added breakfast option totally free of charge. Don't know how was here with previous owners, but currently it was one of the most positive stays. Also, underground parking is available. Thanks so much, keep going like you do!

Bad experience

It's not even a 4 star hotel as it claims to be, the room was dirty and there were stains on towels, also there were stains on the floor.
The worst thing was the air conditioner which was not working properly. I was staying with my husband and the manager was giving my husband empty promises about fixing these issues, she lies a lot but never does what she promised.
don't trust this hotel. we changed our hotel after 2 days because how can you stay in somewhere without proper air conditioning when it's 40 celsius outside.
also nobody speaks english properly, which makes everything even more diffucult.

Dear guest, sorry for such a comment, but I will try to explain to you,
1. The laundry is washed in special modern machines that do not leave any stains
2. The hotel has air conditioning and ventilation system at the highest level, but unfortunately the guests do not know how to use the program accordingly and they encounter problems, the administration warned you not to touch it so as not to cause discomfort
3. As for the language, you can contact the guest relations manager in 6 languages, who is responsible for resolving problems, anyone can check this
