- Very affordable, not fancy, clean and ok bathroom, ok bed.
- only few minutes by taxi to Europe Square (pay no more than 5 lari for the taxi trip), or 25 minutes walking.
- the hotel has a very good and friendly guide who can help you plan the rest of your trip in Georgia or Armenia, ask for Artur. He can also drive you during the trip and share with you his broad knowledge about almost everything.

Worst experience

Hotel receptionist is very disgusting, she just started crying and entered in room forcely, never stay in this hotel cum guest house, we afraid of that receptionist, how can treat with guests, oh it's disgusting

Worst place ever! Definitely because of the girl at the reception

Ok, so this is definitely a place where you don't want to stay! I am not even talking about the room itself, which is way too small for 2 people if you are not a couple. But I am talking about how rude this girl from the reception was.
I asked to get another room, because this is just too small. she didn't have another room available. Ok, that's fine. So I decided I will leave because I really didn't want to stay here. We had paid 100 lari (2 nights + breakfast 2pax) so we asked to get money back at least one night (40lari, and breakfast 20lari). We understood we had to pay 40 lari for the first night. She didn't want to give anything back. not even for the breakfast. so we decided we will leave and take the key with us, until we were supposed to check out. She started to lie and first told us she can't give money back because she gave us a receipt and booking.com knows we checked in. And then she lied about calling her boss but instead she called the police. It was funny tho, the police were friendly but she couldn't handle it herself. In the end we didn't get money back, she told booking.com we didn't show up. So she could give at least 20 lari back. In fact, she stole the money.
We can't do anything about it, but I would advice everyone: stay away!

Clean, cheap place and great personnel

We had a short trip to Georgia arriving in the middle of the night and my purpose was to find clean, cheap place for an overnight stay not far from the airport with positive reviews and this hotel seemed to be the right one although I didn't realize that our room will be at the lowest level and shared facilities one level up :-) but I think its my fault not reading rooms description properly. Anyway, I liked the place because of the staff, appreciated their prompt reply to all my queries prior arrival, the room was clean with all necessary toiletries and a good price just to sleep for less than 8 hrs and as a bonus meeting in the morning tetya Nina and having her nice breakfast was a great start of the day :-)

Отличный семейный отель за небольшую цену

Были в марте. Отель небольшой, уютный, лучше некоторых российских 4 звезд. Все отлично, все подскажут и расскажут. Рекомендую. Недалеко можно недорого поесть, рядом Spar, кулинарка со свежайшей выпечкой, банкоматы и станция метро Исани. По-русски говорят.
